When we got to Rome our friends took us to a small town on the coast called Talomone. They graciously hosted us (as the Italians do) at the Talomone Camping Village. We played in the sunflower fields, swam in the Mediterranean sea, and of course drank & ate family style all night. Since Talomone was so close to the small island called Giglio, we decided to visit the island that has been in the news due to the unfortunate accident of the sunken ship, Costa Concordia. Our last days in Rome we stayed at Mario del Fiore, its located near the famous Spanish steps. We went to the Colosseum, the Trevi fountain, and the Vatican. I am wearing a vintage lace top and Leather vintage inspired shorts by top shop.
